Multichannel customers support and detailed analysis of customers actions enable the prediction of their future behaviors – when they will start showing interest in a particular product or service, when it’s worth contacting them or presenting them with marketing materials on a specific topic. It’s essential to make the customers feel that their needs have been personalized and met. The 360-degree view ensures that every sales representative has 100% information about the customer, ultimately leading to reduced workloads when serving a specific customer. Product Management in Dynamics 365 for Sales

The product and pricing module allows for the straightforward offering of specific products that customers need. Within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution, there is the possibility of defining various products, which are parameterized based on factors such as:

  • Customer Group: business customer, individual customer,
  • Offer period: defines the period during which a specific product can be offered to the customer,
  • Sales period: specifies the maximum period for which a contract can be concluded,
  • Product Type.

Each product has its own price list or multiple price lists, which can vary depending on the selected parameters (tariff, offer period, billing period).

Up-selling and Cross-selling in Dynamics 365 Sales

The product catalog can be expanded with appropriate attributes and relationships between products, allowing for simultaneous sales of correlated products or enabling future campaigns related to each other or with specific attributes.

Embedded logic allows for offering more expensive products to the customer within a specific range of the currently viewed or purchased product. Implemented processes will also allow for post-sales offering of products with higher standards or newer versions. The product catalog and system processes can be adapted to the specificity of the customer’s sales and marketing activities. Automated Customer Service – Creating Quotes and Orders in Dynamics 365 for Sales

Based on entered data, the system allows for generating documents based on templates embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. The generated files are automatically populated with data from the system. Document templates are managed by the content administrators of the system. In a situation where a specific template is modified, it can be updated quickly by users with appropriate permissions. Generated documents are automatically associated with the object from which they are generated, e.g., with an Agreement. Thanks to process automation, there is a complete history of documents generated from the system.

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, users can generate reports for any data from the view (with export options). For large, complex queries involving multiple tables and containing large data volumes, to reduce the CRM load, it is possible to order a report generated from the database (automatically sent at specified intervals). This functionality utilizes Power BI solutions.

The system allows for monitoring, reporting, and comparing all company-related data, including:

  • Implementation,
