A unified customer profile allows for creating more personalized shopping journeys and provides direct support to marketing, sales and service specialists.

The Microsoft Graph tool in Customer Insights (an automated data analysis tool focused on the customer) helps to create a complete customer profile:

  • Provides access to the latest information on participant profiles, documents related to meeting topics and people users are currently collaborating with.
  • Microsoft Graph can scan the calendar to find the best time for the next customer or team meeting.
  • With this tool, salespeople have real-time access to sales forecasts. The data is also available in the mobile application.
