Automation of the provider change process.

Information exchange platform router – operating principles

The router provides fully automated contact with information exchange platforms in the provider change process. Communication with the client’s systems takes place via flat CSV files (fixed set of columns) or Web Service.

The requirements of individual columns is configured on the Router’s side. When fields are not filled with the required data, the router can set default values for each of them. The file is verified at the time of import. Each record in the import and export files is marked with a GUID from the domain system, which can be used to link the data. By mapping human work, the router logs on to individual information exchange platforms and carries out the process the way the user would do it.

The current situation on the market:
  • Many data exchange formats –  higher costs of integration with domain systems and higher workload in the process of provider change
  • Frequent changes to the existing standards of information exchange – higher maintenance costs of domain systems and their interfaces, requiring constant monitoring of changes

  • Limitations in the number of energy consumption points transferred in the provider change process – extended duration of the process

  • It is not possible to import data on some platforms – filling in forms manually prolongs the procedure

  • Difficult monitoring of the provider change process status – risk of penalties charged by the Energy Regulatory Office

  • Limited ability to search for requests – extended time of searching for requests

  • The need to distinguish between branches – the requirement to log in to branches with different logins extends the time of verification of requests

Supported information exchange platforms:

ENEA, ENERGA, INNOGY, PGE BIAŁYSTOK, PGE LUBLIN, PGE ŁÓDŹ I, PGE ŁÓDŹ II,
PGE RZESZÓW, PGE SKARŻYSKO, PGE WARSZAWA, PGE ZAMOŚĆ, TAURON

Advantages of the service
  • Automation of repetitive areas – we perform full automation of the time-consuming, repetitive process of provider change for each energy consumption point via an information exchange platform

  • One data format – we introduce a uniform input data format to our service, regardless of the number of supported information exchange platforms

  • Constant updating of the router’s compliance with the information exchange platform’s format – we ensure constant monitoring of changes of individual information exchange platform formats and we update our solution without disrupting the continuity of business processes

  • Integration – we offer the possibility of integrating the information exchange platform router with domain systems, including billing systems, measurement systems or CRM systems used by the client for sales and customer service (B2C, B2B)

  • Constant control over the process – our solution is integrated into the business processes, and the client receives full analytical data in the form of reports, whose level of detail is specified at the analysis stage. At each stage of the process, its status is reported using standard reports or ones configured according to the client’s needs

  • Flexibility and development – thanks to the use of a proprietary solution, we are able to develop dedicated features
