Information exchange platform router – operating principles
The router provides fully automated contact with information exchange platforms in the provider change process. Communication with the client’s systems takes place via flat CSV files (fixed set of columns) or Web Service.
The requirements of individual columns is configured on the Router’s side. When fields are not filled with the required data, the router can set default values for each of them. The file is verified at the time of import. Each record in the import and export files is marked with a GUID from the domain system, which can be used to link the data. By mapping human work, the router logs on to individual information exchange platforms and carries out the process the way the user would do it.
